Due to the perishable nature of our professional-grade flour products, we prioritize food safety and only accept returns on unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened bags to ensure the integrity and quality of our inventory.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your flour bags are unopened, in their original paper packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the flour bags in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent bursting during transit; include your RMA slip inside the package.
Ship and Refund
Send the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
